For parents & students

Who is charging my card?

Your card is charged securely through Stripe on behalf of the school. Funds go directly to the school's account. You may see the school name or "Stripe" on your statement.

Do you store my card number?

No. Never. StoneParks does not store, log, or transmit your card number. Card details go directly to Stripe's secure checkout, protected under PCI Level 1 compliance. We only see ticket ID, payment status, and time of payment — never card details. Because we don't have your card info, we can't run future charges without you starting a new payment.

How does the payment process work?

Scan the QR code or click the link on your ticket. You'll land on a secure Stripe payment page — look for "https" and the lock icon. Enter your card details directly into Stripe. Stripe processes the payment and tells us "Paid." We update the ticket. At no point do we handle your card details on our servers.

Is this really safe?

Yes. Your card information is handled only by Stripe — the same processor used by major companies worldwide. StoneParks and your school never see the full card number.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can pay a ticket directly from the link or QR code without creating any login.

Will I get a reminder if I forget to pay?

Yes. StoneParks sends automatic email and text (SMS) reminders for unpaid tickets, so you don't have to remember on your own.

The page won't load — what now?

Try refreshing, switching from Wi-Fi to cellular data, or using a different browser. If it still won't load, contact your school's office — they can help you look up and resolve the ticket.

How do we get started?

We set up your school account, configure your branding, and walk your team through the system. Most schools are up and running within a week. Talk to us to get started.

Do we need special hardware?

No kiosks or cameras required. Staff issue tickets from an Android tablet or phone and can print to a portable Bluetooth printer. Families pay through the web — no app needed.

Is there a long-term contract?

StoneParks is designed to be simple to deploy and flexible. Talk to us about what works for your school's program and budget.

Can we export ticket data?

Yes. Admins can search, filter, and export ticket records to CSV from the dashboard at any time.

Do reminders go out automatically?

Yes. StoneParks sends email and text (SMS) reminders to students and parents for unpaid tickets. No manual follow-up needed.
