Overview

StoneParks ("we", "us", "our") is a parking management platform operated by Saint One Solutions. This policy describes what data we collect through our mobile application and web services, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

Ticket & Vehicle Data

When an enforcement officer issues a parking ticket, the app records the license plate number, vehicle make, model, color, violation details, and fine amount. This data is stored locally on the device and synced to our secure cloud servers.

Photos

Officers may take photos of vehicles as evidence using the device camera. Photos are uploaded to our servers and associated with the corresponding ticket record. The app requests camera permission solely for this purpose.

Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth to connect to a portable receipt printer for printing parking tickets. Bluetooth permission is used exclusively for printer communication and no other data is transmitted via Bluetooth.

Account Information

Enforcement officers log in with credentials provided by their school administrator. We store authentication tokens securely on the device using encrypted storage. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for authentication.

Vehicle Registration & Contact Information

Vehicle owners may register their vehicle and provide contact information (email address, phone number) through their school's registration portal. This information is used solely to send parking-related notifications, including ticket alerts and payment reminders. Contact information is stored securely and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Payment Information

Ticket payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. StoneParks does not store credit card numbers or bank account details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe's secure infrastructure. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

SMS / Text Message Notifications

If you register your vehicle and provide a phone number with SMS consent, StoneParks may send you text message notifications related to parking tickets issued to your vehicle, including:

• New ticket alerts when a citation is issued
• Payment reminders for unpaid tickets

Message frequency varies based on parking activity. You will only receive messages when a ticket is issued to your registered vehicle or when a payment reminder is due. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, a trusted third-party communications provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering these notifications. See Twilio's Privacy Policy for details.

How We Use Your Data

• Issue, track, and manage parking tickets for school campuses
• Send email and SMS notifications about tickets and payment reminders
• Process ticket payments through Stripe
• Provide administrators with reporting and ticket history
• Print physical ticket receipts via Bluetooth
• Improve the reliability and performance of our services

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Twilio — for SMS/text message delivery
• Postmark — for email delivery
• School administrators — who manage tickets and enforcement for their campus
• Law enforcement or legal authorities — only when required by law

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted local storage for authentication tokens, and secure cloud hosting with access controls.

Data Retention

Ticket records and associated photos are retained for the duration of the school's subscription and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Officers can request account deletion by contacting their school administrator.

Children's Privacy

StoneParks is a business tool used by school administrators and enforcement officers. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are a vehicle owner who received a ticket, contact the issuing school's administration office.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
